W: Last month, I went to a conference that allowed me the opportunity to meet other small business owners from the region and have discussions with them. A number of helpful ideas were exchanged. For example, several speakers pointed out that it can be difficult for customers to navigate corporate Web sites, especially when looking for information like a phone number they can call when they need service. I've asked the IT department to redesign our Web site to make it more navigable. If you'll look up here, I'll demonstrate the new layout that'll go live in a few weeks.
