I want to talk about our company's charitable giving program. As you know, employees can make a donation to an approved organization, and the company will match that amount. This year, we've expanded our list of approved organizations from 15 to 25. We've selected organizations in the community that will benefit the most from our contributions. And our company has been recognized for its philanthropy. In fact, it was featured last month in an article in the magazine Business Effect. I'll post a link to that on our Web site after this meeting.
