Welcome to the grand opening of Oakfield Public Park! My fellow city council members and I are glad that everyone could join us. There are many fun activities for residents to enjoy here. See the beautiful Elm Fountain, which has a special fountain show every hour. There are also several picnic areas throughout the park. But suggest the one between Dogwood Pond and the children's playground. It offers fantastic views of our city's skyline. Finally, for any gardeners among us, the Oakfield Parks Department needs volunteers to help care for the community garden. If you're interested, please visit the city government Web site.
