Thank you all for coming to this meeting. As you know, the volume of books that we publish has grown rapidly over the past year. We've always outsourced our design tasks to freelancers, but I believe there's now enough work that it makes more sense financially to have a book designer on staff. So, we're now seeking to hire someone for a full-time position. I posted a listing online this morning, and notified our freelancers about it. I'm going to e-mail the job ad to you all as well.
