So each table will have a touchscreen machine on it, like this one here, that customers will use to order and pay for their food. But we'll still need you all to bring the dishes out, clean up the table after customers leave, and of course answer any questions they have. I expect you'll get some questions about the machine, in fact. Let me demonstrate how it works, so you can help customers with it if needed.
