I have been using it a lot, because I eat Hansen ReadyMeals-those plastic bowls of food you put straight into the microwave— a few times a week. Then, last week, the turntable stopped rotating. The microwave has a five-year warranty, so l called the closest certified Galindo repair service and set up an appointment. The technician said the drive motor will need to be replaced and asked to see my warranty. He then looked at the name on it and said the agreement is no longer valid because it can't be transferred between owners. Instead of being free, my repair will cost about $200, which is disappointing.
