Good afternoon, everyone. I appreciate all of your hard work in helping customers find the right necklaces, rings, and bracelets to suit their style. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, our business is struggling due to several shops opening nearby. They sell very similar products to ours, though I believe our merchandise is of much better quality. I'm looking for ways to combat this problem. As an initial strategy, I'd like to give 10% off to first-time buyers. We can advertise this deal on social media. I hope it will attract more people to our store.
