Since we're speaking of plans for our new manufacturing plant, l'd like to bring up an idea I had. During my family vacation last week, we toured a chocolate factory, and the best part was an enclosed walkway that went right over the production floor. We could see everything that was going on, and we weren't bothering the workers. I believe that people would be interested in seeing how our products are made-especially our baseballs and baseball gloves. Why don't we include a walkway like that in the new plant and start offering tours? It seems to me like it wouldn't be hard to have that feature added to the plans, but I'm not an architect.
