All right, everyone, I have the latest results from our customer exit survey-the one we ask them to take when they cancel our meal kit service. To make the survey easier to complete, we recently cut it down to just one question about their reason for canceling. I'm happy to say that this has resulted in a better response rate. So, what have we found out? Well, you'll see here that a surprisingly high percentage of people are canceling because they're not satisfied with the food. It seems we need new and better recipes. Perhaps we should try asking popular food bloggers to develop some, like other services have done. What do you all think of that idea?
