SOIL CONTAMINATION REPORT April 5 Client: Gould Manufacturing Testing Performed By: Soil-Check Solutions Testing Dates: March 3, May 5, July 2, September 5 Process: Samples were collected from various points at Site 1 (Lancaster), Site 2 (Canton), and Site 3 (Brockway) at a depth of 6 cm and 10 cm. The soil was tested for contaminants, and the levels were compared to assess changes over time. Following the initial test, micro-organisms were introduced at all sites. Preliminary Findings and Recommended Actions: Contamination levels at Site 1 dropped significantly. No further action is needed. At Site 2, a soil stabilization formula should be injected into the ground. This will dry into a hardened solid, which can then be removed by specialized equipment. Micro-organisms should be reapplied. At Site 3, the grass and shrubs should be pulled from the soil, and micro-organisms should be reapplied.
