Dear Ms. Sullivan, I apologize for the difficulty you experienced while calling us. There was a phone service outage across our area this morning due to a tree branch having fallen on a phone line. Luckily, the issue was handled quickly. As for your inquiries, I am pleased to tell you that we currently have suitable spaces open on our second floor for $96 per week, inclusive of the charge for the computer accessories you require. The parking fee will be waived if you pay by the week or month, and though our parking area is not enclosed, most of the spaces are covered by shade canopies. While we do allow walk-ins, it is best to book a space ahead of time to ensure that one will be available.
